About this topic
Every active National Hockey League franchise has a crest you have seen a thousand times on a sweater: the Original Six wordmarks and roundels, the modern expansion marks, the rebrands. This set flips the Teams quiz around: instead of naming a team from its city, you name it from its logo. Play it as multiple choice (see the crest, pick the team), type-in (see the crest, name the team), or tile-select (pick the real NHL crests out of a grid of look-alike sports logos). Logos are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and English Wikipedia under an editorial-use rationale, with attribution stored per image.

Difficulty
A wrong name from the set you are playing closes that picture for good, the moment you finish typing it. A name the quiz does not know costs nothing, and a skip comes back for one last pass. Easy and Medium ask a slice of the set, so a real name this difficulty is not asking for costs nothing either. The quiz says which one it is and moves on. Sudden death is the one exception: with it on, nothing commits until you press Enter. 15 seconds a picture.

Sudden death
A committed wrong answer ends the whole run, not just that one. Nothing commits until you press Enter, and an unfinished word or a typo never counts against you. Get a perfect Hard run with this on to earn a † on your medal.
