Gordon Lightfoot Quiz

The studio albums of Gordon Lightfoot, who sang in a church choir in small-town Ontario, first played Massey Hall at twelve, and went on to write songs that Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Judy Collins and Marty Robbins all recorded before most people knew his name. Twenty albums, 1966 to 2020, from the United Artists years through the Reprise run that produced "Sundown" and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald", to a last record made alone with a guitar at eighty-one. One of them has two names: it came out as "Sit Down Young Stranger" and was renamed after its own hit single a few months later — both are accepted here. The live albums, the concert recordings and the many Best-Of collections turn up as wrong answers instead.
