Madden NFL Quiz

The series roster covers all 30 annual Madden NFL console releases from Madden NFL 97 through Madden NFL 26, with release years shown to distinguish the two games titled Madden NFL 25. It excludes pre-97 entries, handheld-only games, mobile releases, arcade spin-offs, management games, ports, and compilations. No mode asks you to name the releases: the titles are the years, so listing them is counting rather than knowing. The cover roster covers the 26 people who have fronted a North American Madden NFL cover, from John Madden himself through Saquon Barkley on Madden NFL 26. It excludes PAL-region covers, limited-edition and pre-order variants, and players who appeared only in the background of another athlete's cover. Name the cover athletes, place the cover athletes in year order, and tackle real trivia. Source: Wikidata (series membership P179/P527, release dates P577), corroborated against Wikipedia.
